Philosophy

Nomu represents Japandi design philosophy, which is derived from the Japanese wabi-sabi and Scandinavian hygge ideology, where sustainability and functional minimalism are considered the center of human needs. Home built according to Japandi principles is a sanctuary place where time stops, a slower, more conscious life is appreciated, and complete freedom from excess is celebrated. Nomu's mission is to contribute to the creation of a unique sanctuary of Japandi, offering products characterized by exclusivity and quality.

Portraits

Nomu was founded by three enthusiasts of authentic design - Gabrielė Žuromskytė, Patricija Gadžijeva and Ignas Kalinauskas. Gabrielė developed her career in the furniture and fashion industry, Patricija spent many years delving into the field of interior and home decor, and Ignas is an architect, actively engaged in multiple residential projects at the moment. Nomu was born from each of their individual experiences and the willingness to share. The unifying idea became the desire to promote the awareness of home interior design, highlighting functional minimalism and peaceful integrity as the most important values. Their creative and personal life are filled with Japandi principles.
