Alga Ochre rug

The Alga collection by Nani Marquina is an invitation to the senses, inspired by seagrass landscapes. At first glance, its hand knotted organic shape stands out over a hand loomed dhurrie. However, the complexity of its design goes beyond its form. The biggest challenge was to create a visually dynamic rug while using such long fibers.

Material composition: 50% Afghan wool, 20% New Zealand wool, 21% new wool, and 9% jute.

Professional cleaning is recommended. Never clean with chemicals!
Daily cleaning: Use the vacuum cleaner without brush. It is a good idea to turn the rug around twice a year to avoid uneven wear. Note that the colors may fade if the carpet is exposed to strong sunlight for a longer period of time.
